FAQ

I currently live in Arbroath, Angus near Dundee in Scotland.

I will work anywhere depending on the project. Nearby cities include Dundee, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen.

I have a small home studio for doing product work. I am hoping to open a bigger studio in 2027 for doing portraits etc.

I completed an HND in Photography and Digital Imaging at Dundee College. I then spent a bit of time hanging out in London studios.

Yes. I am obsessed with aesthetics so I always try to use dramatic lighting.

I am inspired by movies, music videos, fashion magazines. I am also inspired by the work of other artists some of who I have met.

I always start with carefully lit, digital photography which I then edit in Photoshop. I also add text and graphics. More recently I have been using AI to airbrush my images but I never use AI as the starting point.

Yes, but only to airbrush work that I have already spent a long time working on. 95% of the work is done manually by me and 5% AI adds a little bit of an airbrushed effect.

I started out at home as a teenager with a 35mm camera, photographing landscapes etc. I was then introduced to a photographic studio and dark rooms at Dundee College.

Most of the work I do commercially is product but content creation has opened up a lot of work for me. It could be work for hotels, estate agents, online retailers etc.

I do not have a set price. It depends on the requirements of the project. I try to keep my prices down for returning clients.

It is always a huge privilege to be asked to work for someone. I am not snobby about who I work for and I will always go out of my way to find the time to help different companies out. If you like my work, then you are the type of company I would work for.

The best way to get in touch is to message me using the contact form on my Contact page. I will get back to you within 24 hours. If you message me on social media there is a chance I will miss your message.

I provide content creation for social media. I can also do basic HTML and CSS.

Yes, particularly with my product work. Wherever you are in the world, please feel free to get in touch.
